Fabrick Ltd was formed in July 2000 by Simon Reid & Joe Burns. Having been employed within the building industry for many years in various roles, we ultimately felt that the best way to utilise our skills & experiences would be to create our own business.

Simon Reid - Bsc (Hons) Building Surveying & HND Bulding Studies. Very experienced surveyor /estimator for main contractors carrying out refurbishment & development projects for Architects, Surveyors and commercial clients.

Joe Burns - widely experienced multi-skilled tradesman; has worked independently for 25 years carrying out maintenance, restoration and conversion works on older properties, specialising in domestic works, especially bathrooms & kitchens.

We endeavour to be a successful business, founded on team spirit & integrity, offering quality & value to our clients. We are now a company of 24 directly employed staff, comprising various trades; to date we have completed a wide variety of projects.
